بندورة مجفف بزيت الزيتون والزعتر الناعم والملح

يتم نقع البندوره المجففه بالماء الفاتر حتى تصبح طريه وتصفى فيخف ملحها تجفف وتصف بالمرتبان ويضاف لها الزيت والزعتر الناعم والثوم وحسب ارغبه

تستعمل بعمل سلطةالبندوره المجففه

تضاف الى البيتزا والمعجنات

ذات طعم رائع وفاتح للشهيه

Dried tomatoes with olive oil, thyme and salt

Dried tomatoes are soaked in lukewarm water until they become soft. It  drained, then their salt is reduced. They are dried and drained then put in glass jars, and then oil, thyme and garlic are added to them, according to one’s desire.

Used to make dried tomato salad

It is added to pizza and pastries

It has a wonderful and appetizing taste
