هو منتج اردني طبيعي من عجلون مصنع بحب وبطريقه يدويه بيتيه بأيدي سيدات المجتمع المحلي لتحسين اوضاعهم المادية وتمكينهم اقتصاديا وليصبحوا اعضاء فاعلين في مجتمعاتهم ولمساعدة عائلاتهم

يتم تصنيع خل التفاح الطبيعي بغسل التفاح الناضج وتنظيفه من الشوائب وتجفيفه من الماء ثم تقطيع الحبه لاربع اجزاء بقشرها وبذورها وتعبأ ببراميل من الستانلس او البلاستك وتغلف باحكام في مكان جاف شمس وفي لمدة اربعين يوما ثم يفتح عليه ويغطى بشاشه محكمة الاغلاق ويتم تقليب التفاح كل يوم لمدة عشرون بوما يبدا الخل يتجمع على وجه التفاح يتم قطفه يوما بعد يوم ويوضع الخل بماعون اخر ويصفى بشاشه حتى تنتهي اخر قطرة خل بالتفاح ويترك حتى يركد ويصبح الخل صافيا ويحتاج الخل الى ستة اشهر حتى يصبح جاهز للاستعمال بنسبة حموضه اكثر من 5. وخالي من الكحول

من فوائد خل التفاح الطبيعي :

استعمالاته:

يستعمل باضافة ملعقه على كوب ماء دافي ويشرب بعد الفطوربنصف ساعه وقبل العشاء بنصف ساعه للحصول على نتائج جيده دون الضرر بالمعده.

The apple is washed then dried first. Then it is cut into four pieces put in stainless steel barrels which are closed and put in dry sunny place for 40 days after that it is checked and the apples are mixed every day for 20 days. The vinegar will start to gathered on the apple it is collected day after day and kept in another pot till the last drop. Vinegar needs six months until it is ready for use with an acidity of more than 5.It is a very healthy product which is alcohol free.
