الفلفل الكرزي بالجوز هو فلفل كرزي احمر مخلل مسبقا نقوم بتفريغه من البذور وتجفيفه من ماء التخليل بعدها نقوم بحشوه بالجوز المفروم والثوم حسب الرغبه ، يتم  رصفه بعبوات زجاجيه وغمره بزيت الزيتون

It is a natural Jordanian product from Ajloun, made with love at home by the hands of the women of the local community to improve their financial conditions, empower them economically and to become active members in their communities by helping their families. The cherry pepper with walnuts is a pre-pickled red cherry pepper. We empty it from the seeds and dry it from the pickling water. Then we stuff it with chopped walnuts and garlic as desired. It is lined with glass containers and dipped in olive oil.The cherry pepper dish is the most beautiful and delicious on our table which is full of healthy natural products
